| Children who will be four by December 31, 2026, can start Junior Kindergarten in September 2025. |

• Proof of Age (may include: birth certificate, Canadian passport, Canadian Citizenship card or certificate or baptismal record)
• Proof of Address, 2 current documents (may include a utility bill, insurance policy, lease agreement, mortgage statement, etc.)
• Proof of Immunization: Report online or contact Toronto Public Health for more information.
• If your child was not born in Canada, Verification of Date of Arrival. (Note: Children without immigration status are welcome in our schools and information about them or their families will not be shared with immigration authorities.)
