HOME VISIT - $225 +HST for a 1.5 hour initial session / $150 +HST for a 1 hour follow-up (An additional $150 + HST will be charged per hour beyond the initial 1.5 hours). Includes text and email support for 2 weeks after your visit.

PRIVATE VIRTUAL / PHONE VISIT - $120 +HST per hour - Charged according to timing of consult. Includes text and email support for 2 weeks after your visit.

FULLY OHIP (FREE) COVERED VIRTUAL VISITS - Available with a referral for BABY from a DOCTOR. Please note referrals cannot be sent by midwives. Please get your doctor to fill in one of the following forms. All forms must be sent to [email protected] or texted to 416-996-0321.

PARTIALLY COVERED CLINIC VISIT via KIDCREW LACTATION CLINIC - PARTIALLY OHIP covered visits - $65 (all taxes included). Wednesdays between 9:30 and 4:00. Kidcrew is located at Bathurst and St. Clair.
