This site is a labour of love for us two Mama Besties. Our goal is to share our collective Mama Notebook, where we write down all the good stuff we have learned from real mama friends and/or have spent hours of research to find.

And we mean real mamas! They are a mix of IRL friends and virtual friends. To protect anonymity, we don't quote verbatim unless we have permission to or can link to a public source. And none of the businesses mentioned on our site pay us to mention them; we simply want to help spread all the good stuff, “Mama said…” to more Mamas 😊
